Janice M. Best

Janice M. Best, 65 of Greenville, died at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

Ms. Best was born in Baraboo, Wisconsin on April 19, 1955, a daughter of Gerald and Velda (Nofsinger) Best.  Janice loved spending time with her family and always made them her priority.  She always looked forward to family vacations. 

Janice is survived by her father – Gerald Best of Wisconsin; her daughters – Billi Bunch (Danielle) of Carlyle and Jaye Campbell (Ray) of Greenville; her grandchildren – Morgan Campbell, Kailee Sanders-Bunch, Tessa Sanders-Bunch, Electra Sanders-Bunch, and Lexi Sanders-Bunch; two sisters – Judy Andersen and Vicki Tjelta (Arnie), all of Wisconsin; and a brother – Terry Best of Wisconsin.  Janice is also survived by her best friend and furbaby, Panocha Spice. 

She was preceded in death by her mother – Velda Best; a son – Cliffy; a great grandson – Evander; a sister – Jackie Best; and a brother – Bob Best.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Janice are suggested to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).   Memorials and condolence cards will be received through Zieren Funeral Home, PO Box 276, Carlyle, IL 62231.
