Paul K. Wrone

Paul Kurt Wrone, age 59 of Keyesport, Illinois, died peacefully at home on Friday, April 9, 2021.

The beloved son of Karl E. and Nancy S. (Langham) Wrone, Paul was born on June 30, 1961, in Greenville, Illinois.  He graduated from Carlyle High School in 1979.  Following graduation, Paul worked at Arrow Group in Breese before going on to follow in the family footsteps of working for the United States Postal Service in Greenville for 31 years until his retirement.  Paul was a lover of animals and died with his beloved dog, Blue, at his side. 

Mr. Wrone is survived by his father, Karl Wrone; a sister, Karla Giles and husband Bruce; a brother, Kenny Wrone and wife Marty; along with many other family members.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy S. Wrone.

Visitation will be held at Zieren Funeral Home on Monday, April 12, 2021, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.  A private funeral service will follow, with burial at McKendree Chapel Cemetery in Keyesport.  Those in attendance at the visitation will be asked to wear a mask and follow social distancing recommendations.
