Zieren Funeral Home has been a part of Clinton County for over 100 years and we continue to serve our community during these difficult times. We view the families we serve as our own. Your safety and well-being are very important to us and we want to assure you during this very trying time and always, that we are here for you.
We are closely monitoring the guidelines issued by the CDC and the Federal, State and Local Governments along with our national and state associations. The current recommendation is not to hold gatherings with groups larger than 10.
We are here to do everything we can to serve the needs of our families. We are happy to offer families the choice of recording funerals and webcasting funerals for remote viewing or holding a private service now and a public memorial service at a later date.
We are still available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and operate our normal office hours. However, the doors to our facility may be locked. Please call us at 618-594-3151 to schedule an appointment if you would like to meet face to face.
We are very concerned about the impact the virus is having on our families and community. We have put in place measures to protect those we serve. We will make every effort to accommodate families in making arrangements and conducting services to ensure their safety and health while honoring their loved ones
- Arrangements can be made remotely by phone or teleconference, or through email.
- Funerals can be recorded and shared on our website for family and friends who may not be able to attend. We offer live streaming so your friends and family can "attend" the services remotely.
- We continue, as always, to provide professional hand sanitizer throughout our facilities and have enacted extra cleaning in all our public places.
- Condolence cards and memorial donations may be mailed to us at Zieren Funeral Home, PO Box 276, Carlyle, IL 62231. We will deliver any cards or donations to the family for you.
We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and we are here ready to serve during this time. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to call at 618-594-3151.
